Though we each bring different skills and backgrounds to the table, we’re united by one thing: a passion for creating unforgettable moments for others.
We focus on seasonal, organic ingredients, sourcing locally whenever we can, and creating custom menus tailored to each client. From intimate dinner parties and elegant weddings to corporate meetings and multi-day conferences, we’re here to thoughtfully manage every detail and make your event seamless and memorable.

Edip Borluca, Owner
Edip brings a visionary approach to hospitality, shaped by decades of culinary excellence and leadership. A native New Yorker, he launched his career in Manhattan’s fine dining scene before joining the B&B team in 2002 as Executive Chef, where he played a key role in modernizing the kitchen and expanding the cuisine. Known for blending Mediterranean and Californian flavors, Edip leads with integrity, precision, and a passion for exceptional food. As owner, he remains involved in the daily operations of the kitchen.
When not at work, you can find me… “Hydroponic gardening, amateur astronomy or rooting for the SF Giants.”
One meal I cannot live without… “A good steak and fries with chimichurri is hard to beat!”

Samantha Bryer, Owner
Samantha has a deep passion for the event industry and brings decades of experience & creativity to every celebration. A UCLA graduate with a background in fashion, she has an impeccable eye for design, décor, and ambiance. Formerly Director of Catering & Events since 2004, and with prior roles at Joie de Vivre Hospitality and The Four Seasons, Samantha now focuses on building client relationships while staying hands-on to ensure every event feels just right. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her thoughtful approach and genuine love for creating unforgettable experiences.
When not at work, you can find me… “Spending time with my dog, Charli. We love long walks in the neighborhood, park time with her best buddies & trips to Stinson Beach or Tahoe! “
A meal I cannot live without… “Dessert! If I had to choose one, I’d choose a Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Pie.”

Nick Pallone, Executive Chef
Chef Nick brings a dynamic culinary background shaped by his experience at renowned San Francisco spots like Outerlands, Tosca Cafe, and Barzotto. Rooted in his Italian heritage, he blends tradition with innovation, drawing on expertise in fermentation, butchery, and bread baking. Passionate about seasonality and sustainability, he champions locally sourced ingredients to create vibrant, ever-evolving menus that reflect Bay Area food culture—often with a personal touch, like his family’s beloved “best meatball” competition.
When not at work, you can find me… “With family on various Bay Area adventures, in his garden, or tinkering on his motorcycles at home.”
A meal I cannot live without… “My homemade spaghetti and meatballs. There's something so comforting and nostalgic about this dish. It’s a dish that puts me right at home.”

Miranda Cunningham, Director of Marketing & Special Projects
Miranda joined B&B Catering in 2018, bringing values shaped by her experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. Over the years, she has helped plan and execute events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Known for her positive attitude, creativity, and organizational skills, Miranda has held roles from Event Specialist to Director of Sales and Operations. Now as Director of Marketing & Special Projects and B&B’s Food Photographer, she works to innovate the company’s online presence and create memorable experiences for every client.
When not at work, you can find me… “On nature walks with my son, or trying new cafes & coffee shops in the area.”
A meal I cannot live without… “Wood-fired pizza!”

Nahal Elie, Director of Sales & Events
Nahal joined B&B in 2015 as a part-time server and event lead, gaining hands-on experience managing seamless, memorable celebrations. In 2020, she transitioned from corporate IT to the B&B office full-time, bringing insight, strategy, and warmth to every event she plans. Known for her client relationships, eye for detail, and natural leadership, Nahal was promoted to Director of Sales & Events in 2024, a role she embraces with energy, creativity, and a true passion for the industry.
When not at work, you can find me… “Spending time with my pup, Berkley, or trying new restaurants in the area.”

Pinya Surin, HR Specialist & Staffing Manager
Pinya’s passion for hospitality began in her family’s Thai restaurants in Chicago, where she saw how shared meals bring people together. She honed her skills in management roles at Big Star and Nico Osteria before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2018 to work with Michelin three-star Chef Dominique Crenn at Atelier Crenn. Today, Pinya draws on her diverse experience to ensure every event is staffed and executed with care, creating memorable experiences for every client.
When not at work, you can find me… “Bird watching along the Bair Island Bay Trail in Redwood Shores.“
A meal I cannot live without… “Fried Thai omelet (my specialty!) with freshly steamed jasmine rice and garnished with green onions.”

Megan Dahlberg, Sr. Event Specialist
Megan joined B&B Catering in 2021 and quickly became a key part of the sales and design team, known for her passion, creativity, and attention to detail. With prior experience at Mazzetti’s Bakery, she especially excels at coordinating weddings of all sizes. Megan goes above and beyond to bring each client’s vision to life, adding a personalized touch that transforms events into truly memorable occasions.
When not at work, you can find me… “Watching the SF Giants or hanging out with my dog, Daisy.”

Brittany’s hospitality journey began at a young age, working in restaurants before discovering her passion for event and wedding planning while curating memorable experiences at an elite golf course. With a flair for creativity, she has orchestrated everything from corporate lunches to weddings and social soirées. Known for her dedication to client relationships, Brittany thrives on bringing others’ dreams to life—and when not planning events, she enjoys making memories in the kitchen with loved ones.
When not at work you can find me… "With my two dogs, Peanut and Butter, or on the golf course with friends.”
