Bar & Beverage Services

For daytime programs, we can provide all-day coffee and tea service, including rotating carafes, hot water urns, assorted teas, and upgraded add-ons like cold brew, flavored syrups, or compostable to-go cups. Self-serve iced tea, lemonade and/or agua fresca stations are great for casual lunch breaks or mixers. Whether it's a morning keynote or an afternoon breakout session, we’ll keep your team energized and refreshed.

Our skilled bartenders serve beer & wine. Elevate the experience by offering classic or custom cocktails for elevated brunches, afternoon cocktail hours, or evening receptions. Table-side wine & water service for formal dinners or awards banquets is also available. With warm hospitality and seamless execution, our bar team helps elevate the overall guest experience.

Looking for non-alcoholic options? We offer customizable beverage packages featuring a curated selection of sodas, sparkling waters, juices and mocktail mixers (complete with optional garnishes and bar-style upgrades for a polished presentation). A full mocktail bar could also add a fun, inclusive element to evening receptions.

Your Event Specialist will recommend the most appropriate rental vendor based on your budget, guest count, and design goals. Tables, seating, linens, lighting, place settings, glassware, and more - we can manage all the rental details on your behalf.
