Bar & Beverage Services
Our talented bartenders serve wine, beer, and cocktails at the bar. For a more elevated experience, they can also provide wine & water service during dinner. With warm hospitality and expert attention to detail, our bar staff helps elevate the experience for you and your guests.
You’ll have the opportunity to create a custom non-alcoholic package to include a variety of sodas, juices, sparkling waters, cocktail mixers, garnishes and other bar-style upgrades for a polished touch. From self-serve stations with iced tea and agua fresca to full mocktail mixer setups, we offer something for every style of event.
Hosting a daytime celebration? We offer full coffee and tea service to keep your guests refreshed—from rotating carafes and hot water urns with assorted teas, to fun upgrades like cold brew, flavored syrups, and eco-friendly to-go cups. For a casual vibe, self-serve stations with iced tea, lemonade, or agua fresca are perfect for brunches, baby showers, or backyard parties. Design Consultations
Your Event Specialist will work with you to create an event that transforms your vision into a reality. After the menu & beverages are discussed, you will have the opportunity to discuss event inspiration, vision boards, color scheme, layouts and event setup, buffet or station signage, and any other vendor referrals you may need. Rental Coordination
When it comes to logistics, we’ve got it covered! A shorter to-do list means all you need to focus on is enjoying the overall experience. We have established relationships with a variety of rental companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Bright Event Rentals, La Tavola Linen, Unica Party Rentals, Casanova Event Resource, and more.
Based on your design vision and overall budget, we will recommend the best rental company for all your event rental needs, including lighting, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and more! With our team coordinating all rentals for you, we ensure every last detail is handled and take one more item off of your plate (pun intended)!
